I just got an email from the place I where used to work with adults with developmental disabilities. It seems that a man I had a really nice friendship with may be in need of a guardian, and they thought of me.

This would be incredibly cool, because he and I get along very well, and he’s one of my all-time favorite people; but it’ll be hard work and a serious commitment I need to carefully consider before moving forward. As far as I know the family has been heavily involved in this guy’s life, and so I wonder what’s been happening that he needs a guardian now all of a sudden?

Please pray for me, my wife, the case manager, as well as this man and his family: that God’s wisdom would prevail in all our lives, and that His good and perfect will be done.
