Okay, both realtors on the purchase of our new house have definitely been earning their keep: they’ve been working non-stop to convince the lender that the appraisal’s too low, and everyone’s guardedly optimistic. So I guess I will be, too.

So between the appraisal on our new house coming in stupid-low (in a bad way), to finding out this morning that there was a glitch in the negotiations for our current house, inasmuch as we now have a single day to move…well, the title to this post pretty much wrote itself.

Nothing graphic in this video. Since I’ll be at home with Joshua 3 days a week by myself, I wanted to show my chops during the dreaded diaper change. Being able to do it in my sleep is a good sign of experience, don’t you think?
