Facts / Habits:
1. Fact: I stayed home sick from work today, but I don’t have mono or strep throat. I do have a nasty ear infection, though.

2. Fact: I weighed in at 297 at the doctor’s office today. Time to bring the treadmill back out.

3. Habit: I have started the habit of keeping all my appointment reminder cards in chronological order in the photos section of my wallet so I always have the important but forgettable upcoming dates with me.

4. Habit: When in doubt as to what to fix myself, I make nachos with lotsa chips, lotsa cheese, and lotsa salsa. I’ve started substituting ground turkey or beans instead of ground beef to make it a bit healthier.

5. Fact: I love my ipod nano and wish I had enough time to listen to all the podcasts I want to.

6. Fact: I did at least feel well enough today to successfully perform minor surgery on my PSP to fix a sticky D-Pad.

7. Habit: I use my PSP more for minor web browsing and watchign video podcasts than for gaming. But I still love it.

8. Fact: Mike tagged 6 people I might have tagged, and he himself makes 7, so this will be tough…
